Their approach to sustainability
Outland become the first Australian, and second denim brand globally, to become B Corp certified. In 2019 Outland invested into its own wash house and finishing facility to give greater control over its environmental impact. The brand works only with certified safe chemicals, natural indigo dyes, and organic raw materials that have lower impact at the farm level, eliminating harmful pesticides.
